Recipes - Walnut Hummus

  • 100g Omega Excellence Organic Raw Walnut Butter
  • 1 garlic clove, quartered
  • 1 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2tsp tsp orange zest
  • 100ml orange juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Combine the garlic, chickpeas, orange zest and orange juice in a food processor.
  2. Add the walnut butter and blend.
  3. Add the seasoning to taste.
  4. Serve hummus in small serving bowl alongside toasted pita bread or with crudités.
