Recipes - Rustic Pea Mash

  • 300g frozen peas
  • 2tsp chopped parsley
  • 2tsp of chopped mint
  • 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp of Omega Excellence Hemp Seed Oil


  1. Place the peas, herbs and chilli in a pan, add boiling water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain well retaining as much of the herbs and chilli as possible.
  3. Add the crushed garlic and hemp seed oil to the peas and then either roughly mash or part blend with a hand blender.
