Homemade Pesto


  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Large handful of fresh basil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 125ml Omega Excellence 3:6:9 Balance Oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice 


  1. Lightly toast the pine nuts.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender.
  3. Slowly pour in the oil, mixing gently.
