Goats’ cheese and walnut oil salad


  • 150g goats’ cheese, cubed 
  • 4 tablespoons Omega Excellence Cold Pressed Walnut oil
  • Small bunch of fresh thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Sea salt and black pepper



  1. Gently crush the thyme and mix together the walnut oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a glass bowl.
  2. Add the goats’ cheese and stir. Cover and leave in the fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Add this mixture to a salad of rocket, spinach and a little basil and serve with crusty fresh bread.
