Nutrient - Oregano

Also known as wild marjoram, oregano contains a very powerful antioxidant polyphenol called rosmarinic acid. It has 3-20 times more antioxidant activity than other herbs, 42 times more than apples, 12 times more than oranges and 4 times more than blueberries. Oregano also contains actives called thymol and carvacrol in its essential oil. The herb is known to support healthy digestive and immune system function and to promote healthy urine flow.
